Köngen – 25 years after its establishment, Staufen corporate consulting is still on a clear growth course. In the past year, the 340 employees of this global transformation consulting company generated sales of approximately EUR 70 million.
“The new best brand is the result of constant work on behalf of our customers,” explains Wilhelm Goschy, who is on the Executive Board of Staufen AG. “Thanks to our focused, customer-oriented approach, we were able to increase sales by more than 50% in just the past five years.” In 2015, the consulting group had approximately 200 employees; currently, Staufen has 340 consultants, and the trend is still upward. In addition to the German and European locations, Staufen AG is represented in North and South America, and it has been in Asia for many years, firmly anchored on-site with its own employees and offices.
Parallel to the company’s international development, in recent years, Staufen AG has also taken up and developed new topics – the successful subsidiaries Staufen Digital Neonex and S.QE are just two examples. The transformation consulting expertise that customers appreciate, which combines specialized consulting and organizational development in a unique manner, has long since proven itself.
“Staufen has developed exceedingly well in the past 25 years. In order to continue this successful history, we are constantly changing, becoming more flexible and capable of transformation,” according to Staufen Executive Board member Goschy. “Our customers are already profiting from this experience, for more now than ever, they must contend with economic, technological, political, and social developments that are becoming harder to predict.”
The basis for improving a company’s ability to react is still Lean Management. As Germany’s best Lean consulting company, Staufen AG recently won another award as part of the renowned industry study “Hidden Champions 2020/21.” Anyone who is planning a large-scale change, transformation or digitalization project cannot escape Staufen AG’s Lean Management experts; this was the opinion of the top managers surveyed for the study.
