FUNDING FOR YOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION.

APPLY FOR A GRANT UP TO 50% FOR YOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION.

Thanks to support from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Finance and Economy, you can apply for a grant of 30%-50% for your continuing education. Staufen is a European Social Fund-approved provider of continuing education. Further below you can find a list of all of our seminars which are eligible for a grant. To receive funding, all we need from you is the seminar registration form for the course in question, the main data sheet and ESF target-group form. We will send you the latter two forms upon registration.

DETAILS ABOUT THE FUNDING PROGRAMS

The grant comes from the “Promoting chances” program of the European Social Fund (ESF) in Baden-Württemberg. With its funding program for specialist training, the Ministry of Finances and Economy in Baden-Württemberg is offering incentives for people to pursue greater professional qualifications. This is an important goal because of the constantly growing shortage of skilled workers and the increase in demand for qualifications in the professional world.

Grants for specialist training are available to people who live or work in Baden-Württemberg. These subsidies offer funding to employees, entrepreneurs, start-up entrepreneurs (or those who want to start a business) and people re-joining the labor force.

The amount of the funding is based on the age of the participants. In light of shifting demographic patterns, even older members of the workforce are being offered incentives for continuing and professional development. People who are 50 or older are thus reimbursed for 50% of the net price of the seminar. Participants who have not yet reached the age of 50 can receive funding for 30% of the net price of the seminar.
