ISO 9001

We were certified by DEKRA according to ISO 9001 for the area of “Sales, Development and Training of Lean Concepts”. The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) has developed an international standard for quality management systems (IMS) with the following objectives:

  • Structures and clarifies processes and responsibilities
  • Ongoing process optimization with respect to business workflows
  • Regular review of processes and resulting sustainable improvement

ISO 27001

With the support of our service provider yourIT, who acts as our external information protection officer and data protection officer, we passed the audit according to ISO/IEC 27001 at PÜG with good results. This covered the area of “development, sales, consulting and qualification of lean management concepts”.

ISO/IEC 27001 is a leading international standard for information security management systems and is considered one of the most prestigious certifications in the field of cybersecurity. In addition to specifying requirements for implementing, maintaining, monitoring, and improving an organization’s information security management system (ISMS), it also includes requirements for:

  • Minimizing the risk of data loss, hacking, and misuse

AZAV

We were certified by DEKRA according to AZAV for the area of “Sales, Development and Training of Lean Concepts”.

In order to successfully integrate job seekers into the labor market, the legislator relies on certified training providers and qualification tools in accordance with the German Accreditation and Approval Regulation for Employment Promotion (AZAV). The certification serves as proof and prerequisite for participation in the employment promotion market in accordance with the provisions of the German Social Code III.
