IDEAL Fensterbau Weinstock

This success story is about a holistic transformation of IDEAL Fensterbau Weinstock – a medium-sized, owner-managed company in the process industry. In this context, the company was examined and accompanied by Staufen in terms of strategy, processes and day-to-day management. To this end, an interdisciplinary or multifunctional project approach forms the basis for generating a comprehensive understanding of the company in order to identify and implement the right levers with the greatest potential for improvement. Freudenberg

KME

A combination of digital and proven analog lean analysis was used to develop a new factory layout at copper manufacturer KME.

Centravis

The collapse of oil prices at the end of 2014 had very negative repercussions on the level of sales of Centravis worldwide (33 %). Due to the important investments realized to modernize the production facility from 2006 to 2009 and the high amount of debt accordingly, the company found itself in a difficult negative cash flow situation.

Punker

Punker GmbH has been producing fan wheels of all sizes in steel and aluminum in northern Schleswig-Holstein on the Baltic Sea since 1954. The company generates a turnover of €43 million. Its approximately 1,000 customers come from a variety of different sectors – from air conditioning and household appliance to railway technology industries. The number of variants is correspondingly high and the batch sizes vary just as much.

SCHOTT

The company was founded in 1993 in Lukácsháza, Hungary. Pharmaceutical packaging materials are manufactured here at a 280,000 square foot facility, using up-to-date machinery. There is great demand for Schott’s state-of-the-art products.
