In November of this year, five of our Best Practice Partners in Southern Germany will open their doors to showcase their accomplishments in Lean Daily Management, Factory Planning, Smart Maintenance, Digital Transformation, and Future Factory concepts.

To support our customers in setting their 2024 operations and supply chain improvement agenda, we’ve arranged a guided tour of five world-class companies. This hands-on guided tour will take place November 6th – 10th 2023 throughout the southern region of Germany.
During our time together we will learn about each improvement journey, observe results, and interact in daily routines. Each day you will have the opportunity to participate in facilitated sessions to relate these observations to your professional situation and create a value-oriented action plan.

what IS included?
Starting and ending point of the tour is Frankfurt am Main in Germany.
The tour includes accommodation, local transportation, catering during the day, welcome and closing dinner, access to our partners’ plants and other activities that we have prepared especially for you.
